As a pet owner we may sometimes, forget when was the last time that our pets visited the vet. Here at CF Grooming we understand how busy it is to schedule all your yearly appointments and for both your own health and that of your furry animal. Although as a business here in Texas we require certain vaccinations to be up to date depending on the service you need.

For ALL grooming appointments and A la Carte services we require a veterinarian’s information on your pet’s vaccination history with Rabies vaccine to be up to date without proper documentation a cancelation and re-schedule appointment must be done. For ALL Daycare and Boarding services, we require three vaccinations; Bordetella, Distemper (DHLPP/DHPP), and Rabies without these up to date a cancelation and re-schedule must be done. This is a Texas Law, as well as the facility’s protocol for we do not want to give you back a sick puppy or have any medical emergencies due to expired vaccinations for either our staff or your pet. Below are proper vaccinations that need to be taken depending on your pet’s age.

• 6-8 weeks: Bordetella and Distemper (DHPP/DHLPP) vaccines
• 10-12 weeks: COMPLETE rounds of Bordetella and Distemper (DHPP/DHLPP). Puppy can visit groomer.
• 1618 weeks: Distemper (DHPP/DHLPP) Booster and Rabies Vaccines
• 12-16 months: Distemper (DHPP/DHLPP) and Rabies Boosters
• Every 1-2 years: Distemper (DHPP/DHLPP) Booster
• Every 1-3 years: Rabies Vaccines
